SPC Signs Framework Agreements with Relevant Parties

Recently, SPC has signed the "Framework Agreement on Cooperation in Electronic Commerce Business" and the "Strategic Framework Agreement on Supply of Raw Materials" with Shanghai Chemical Exchange Market and Jinshan No.2 Industrial Zone respectively, making another progressive achievement in the process of joint development of SPC and Jinshan District.

The signing of the aforesaid two framework agreements will speed up the development of the chemical industry and modern service industry in Jinshan District and expand the channels of purchase and sale of the petrochemical products in Shanghai; SPC's advantages in the aspect of raw petrochemical materials can be brought into full play to help the enterprises in the regions managed by No.2 Industrial Zone to purchase materials from close places, guarantee the quality and quantity of the supplies, and facilitate the transportation of raw chemical materials, so as to realize the complementation of each other's strengths and the win-win result through cooperation of the enterprises in the management regions.
