SPC Boosts Plastics R&D, Production and Marketing

Since this year, the Plastics Division of SPC, starting with the R&D, production and marketing incentive mechanism of new products, has sped up the R&D, production and marketing of the new products and special-purpose materials of polyolefin synthetic resin with high technology contents and high economic added values.

In this year, the Division will finish the works of appraisal, evaluation, check and acceptance of 10 scientific research projects including the industrialization development of special-purpose polypropylene materials for injection and blowing medical infusion bottles, the industrialization development of anti-bacterial polypropylene materials special for washing machines, the development and application of the high-crystallized polypropylene for 10,000-ton grade luxurious cars, the study of special-purpose materials for high-transparency BOPP film, the research on special impact-and-heat-resistant polypropylene materials and the development of special coating materials for the atactic copolypropylene. In addition, new scientific research projects, such as the industrialization development of special-purpose ¦Â-polypropylene materials and the development of special-purpose materials of atactic copolymerized transparent polypropylene of propylene/1-butene, have been carried out to strive for laying a solid foundation for occupying the market in advance by SPC's new products of plastic synthetic resin and making more economic profits.
