SPC's 4 Items on Chart of City's 1st Batch of Independent Innovation Products

SPC's four products, including the "Dope Dyed Acrylic Fiber" of the Acrylic Fiber Division, the "Materials-Fiber Polyester Chip" (special for industrial filaments) and the "PET Bright Staple Fiber for Sewing Thread" of the Polyester Division, and the "Isopentene" of the Chemical Research Institute, have recently been accredited in the 1st batch of Independent Innovation Products in Shanghai. 

Thanks to the technical innovation of doped dyeing, the colored fiber made of dope dyed acrylic fiber is of even color and luster and high color fastness compared with the traditional dyeing. After being mixed with the additive, the materials -- fiber polyester chip (special for industrial filaments) and the PET bright staple fiber for sewing thread -- could enhance fiber's heat resistance and strength. The isopentene is a crucial midbody for fine chemistry industry. As a result of sustained transformation and technological optimization in recent years, SPC turns out 3,500 tons of isopentene a year.
