SPC Using No. 4 Aromatic Hydrocarbon Torch Gas Recycler
The device of recycling No. 4 aromatic hydrocarbon torch gas newly added for the Storage and Transportation Division's gas cabinets, a key energy saving project of SPC, has come into smooth operation.
In the past three months since July 24 when the Storage and Transportation Division undertook the water sealed tanks of V-9002 and V-9003, the pressure test, leakage check, oxygen determination, DCS upgrading, valve and meter debugging as well as pipeline sweep for the two water sealed tanks have been rounded off. The whole project, finalized through joints efforts from all sides, has been put into use once and for all.
Based on the No.1 and No. 2 ethylene low-sulfur torch gas recycling systems as well as the No. 2 aromatic hydrocarbon and the No.1 and No. 2 oil refining online high-sulfur torch gas recycling systems, the torch gas related to No. 4 aromatic hydrocarbon will be recycled into gas cabinets to raise the recycling amount of torch gas after the new facilities of recycling No. 4 aromatic hydrocarbon torch gas are operated. The torch gas, recycled as the fuel gas for devices, could be a win-win in terms of economic and social returns.
