Process:
The product is produced from PTA and EG by polymerizing, spinning, winding, multiple stretch, thermosetting, surface treatment, cutting, baling etc.
Physical property:
The product is soluble in Phenol-tetrachloroethane and o-chlorophenol etc. It has not only low moisture absorption, good acid resistance, good chemical stability and good light resistance, but also high breaking tenacity, low breaking elongation, good thermal stability, shorter cutting length than normal staple fiber, smooth and straight appearance and good dispersivity in medium.

Application: The product is suitable for wet papermaking process. It can increase the tensile strength and tearing severity of paper when added to paper pulp. It is suitable for color wrapping paper, art paper and kinds of filter paper such as filter paper in automobile industry, chemical analysis, cleaner and food making industry. The filter paper has high air permeability and low gas-block, which is good for the pass of gas and liquid and reduce the pressure losing.
Packing:
20kg net weight per bag that is packed with PE bag, 2 bags per package with PP package, 20 bags per carton with carton box outside.
Packing size:850 x 800 mm(PP package); 1002 x 1002 x 820 mm (carton box).
Storage:
Separately stored in dry, ventilated warehouse equipped with fire-fighting facilities according to different types£¬grade and lot no. Use it immediately after opening to avoid the volatilization of water, which will influence dispersivity of the product.
Transportation:
Products in bags covered with waterproof tarpaulins are suitable for rail, road and sea transportation. Handle gently during loading and unloading.
Safety Precautions:
1. Keep away from fire and heat sources for storage and transportation.
2. Cannot be transported or stored together with chemicals of oil, acid and alkali etc.
3. Proper measures should be taken to avoid damages to packing materials and injury.
